Driscoll drills a young, polite British interviewer →
(Driscoll has blessed me a lot, especially when I first came to believe in Christ. I know the Lord is working through him, using him to bless and feed his flock, but he can be such an ass. It hurt being confronted by the reality of his ass-ish ways, as I used to dismiss his tone and excuse him for he is a complementarian, but I must say that his attitude goes beyond being firm about his complementarian views. He is a male supremacist.)

I don’t know, I listened to the podcast and I didn’t hear him “drilling” the interviewer any more than the interviewer “drilled” him. He probably could have been more graceful with his words, but it wasn’t as bad as the blogger makes it seem.

I read a bit about Mark Driscoll’s … let’s be generous and call it ‘exegesis’ … of the Song of Songs and it just amazed...

SUCH an ass. My favorite part is either where he calls British Christians cowards or when he says that the interviewer’s wife’s church is small because she is a woman, while Driscoll’s is large because he is a man.
